Before You Start
The WhatsApp Chats card only appears when WhatsApp is switched on for your agent. WhatsApp is a separate integration rather than something every account has, so if you cannot find the card, it is not active on your agent yet — contact One Dash Zero.

WhatsApp Chats lists your WhatsApp conversations, each showing the sender and a preview of the latest message. Click one to open the full thread.
How It Works
When someone messages your business WhatsApp number, your AI agent replies automatically. It answers questions, looks up orders, checks appointments and more, using whichever integrations you have connected.
Taking Over
Press Take Over in any WhatsApp conversation to reply yourself, and Release to AI when you are done. It works exactly as it does on web chat.
What WhatsApp Supports
Text, links and WhatsApp’s own light formatting. A long reply is split into several messages automatically so nothing is lost. Your AI uses the same knowledge and integrations here as on voice calls and web chat.
