Before You Start
WhatsApp is included on every account. It is installed from day one and switched off until you tick Enable WhatsApp in the FONE Integrations card — there is no extra charge and nothing to request. The WhatsApp Chats card appears once WhatsApp is switched on for your agent, so if you cannot find the card yet, that tick is the step to take.

WhatsApp Chats lists your WhatsApp conversations, each showing the sender and a preview of the latest message. Click one to open the full thread.
How It Works
When someone messages your business WhatsApp number, your AI agent replies automatically. It answers questions, looks up orders, checks appointments and more, using whichever integrations you have connected.
Taking Over
Press Take Over in any WhatsApp conversation to reply yourself, and Release to AI when you are done. It works exactly as it does on web chat.
What WhatsApp Supports
Text, links and WhatsApp’s own light formatting. A long reply is split into several messages automatically so nothing is lost. Your AI uses the same knowledge and integrations here as on voice calls and web chat.
