Qualified New Client

What counts as a Qualified New Client?

A customer counts when the setup fee is paid and the payment is not refunded or charged back within 30 days. That Qualified New Client counts toward your 12-per-year rolling eligibility.

What if a customer cancels later?

If a monthly subscription payment isn't collected, there is no recurring commission for that billing period. If a payment is refunded or reversed, the related commission may be reversed.
