Making & Receiving Calls

Use the dialer, answer incoming calls, and work through your call history.

The Dialer

Click the Dialer heading in the left column to open the keypad. Type or tap a number, then press Call. Hang up ends the call. Numbers are E.164 — start with a plus and the country code, for example +14155551234.

Receiving Calls

A call for you appears as an Incoming call panel with Answer and Reject buttons. You only receive calls while you are Online with Operator Available ticked; otherwise your AI agent handles the call and takes a message.

Call Transfers

Your AI agent transfers a caller to you when they ask for a person, or when your routing rules say so. A transfer arrives as an ordinary incoming call — press Answer.

Recent Calls

The Recent Calls card lists your call history with the caller name or number, the time and the duration. Refresh reloads the list, and the All, Phone and Web buttons filter it by where the call came from. Click a call to open its detail.

Short Calls

Very short calls are hidden from the list by default, because they are almost always misdials and hang-ups, and they carry no outcome. The Short calls button adds them back on top of whichever filter you are using; the button itself names the exact cut-off.
