Viewing Invoices
Access your invoice history and see what is due next.
Where It Lives
Open the FONE app, press Edit on the Billing card, and open the Invoices section. It is owner-only, like the rest of the Billing panel.
Invoice History
Each invoice is listed with its amount, its date and its status — paid, open, draft, void and so on. The view link on an invoice opens the full copy from Stripe, which you can save or print for your records.
What Is Due Next
Your upcoming invoice is shown above the history with its amount and date, so a plan change or an added agent is visible before it is charged rather than after.
Minute Packs
Top-up minute packs you have bought are listed separately, under pack purchases, rather than mixed in with your subscription invoices.
