Opening Team Chat
Team Chat is not one of the dashboard cards. It is the round message button in the bottom-right corner of the screen. Click it to open the Team Chat panel, and use the close cross to put it away again.
Starting a Conversation
The panel opens on a list of your conversations with other people in your organization. Click one to open the thread, type in the box at the bottom and press Send. The back arrow returns you to the list.
Use Cases
Coordinate with colleagues about an incoming call, share customer information, or sort out scheduling without leaving FONE.
Notifications
Unread team messages show a count on the message button itself, so you can see them from anywhere in the app.
