Do I need a WhatsApp Business account?
Yes — specifically a verified WhatsApp Business account (the green-checkmark kind), not the regular WhatsApp app. We help you through Meta's verification process during onboarding. The personal WhatsApp app won't connect to AI agents under Meta's policy.
Will it work with my existing WhatsApp number?
If your number is already on the personal WhatsApp app, you migrate it to WhatsApp Business — your contacts and history come with you. If it's already on WhatsApp Business, we connect it directly. We do not require a new number.
