Setting Up Integrations
Connect your business tools so your AI can look up orders, contacts, and appointments.
Accessing Integrations
Open the FONE app and find the Integrations card for your agent. Every integration you have access to appears there with its own panel. Integrations are per agent, so you can give your receptionist one set of tools and a personal agent a different set.
Who Can Turn What On
Free integrations are switched on directly from the Integrations card. Paid add-ons are activated by the account owner under Billing — a team member who is not the owner can configure an integration that is already active, but cannot add a paid one. Some integrations are granted to your account by One Dash Zero; if you do not see one you expect, contact us.
The Three Shapes a Panel Takes
Some integrations connect with OAuth: you press a Connect button, authorize in the other product’s own window, and there is nothing to type. Some ask you to paste credentials — usually an API key or an access token — and then press Save. A few are switches only. The panel shows you which one you have; there is nothing to choose.
Calendar Setup
The Calendar panel begins with a Provider dropdown. Choose Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar, then press Connect Google Calendar or Connect Outlook Calendar and authorize. No API keys are involved. Rather than connecting your own, you can point the agent at a colleague’s already-connected calendar using the team member option below the Connect button. Once a provider is connected you can also switch on SMS confirmations, WhatsApp confirmations, and an emailed daily appointment summary.
Integrations That Use OAuth
Clio, MyCase, QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho CRM, Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar all connect with OAuth. Their panels carry a Connect button and no credential fields at all, so there is nothing to paste. Clio additionally asks you to pick your region — United States, Canada, Europe or Australia — before you authorize; its own settings are covered in the Clio configuration guide.
Integrations That Use Credentials
These ask for an API key or access token, which you paste in and Save. CRM: Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Freshsales, Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, GoHighLevel. Commerce: Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento 2, Square. Property management: Guesty, Hostaway, Hospitable. Field service: ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro. Salon and spa: Vagaro, Fresha, Boulevard, Booksy. Fitness: Mindbody, Glofox. Restaurant: OpenTable, Toast. Accounting: FreshBooks. Veterinary: PetDesk. Messaging: Slack, Microsoft Teams.
Built by One Dash Zero
Several panels are ours rather than a third party’s, and need no credentials: Research, Translation, Live Calls, Conversation Insights, Cadence, Social, Demand Finder, Blog, Website Builder, Ecommerce, Emojis, Verify and the Callback Engine. WhatsApp, SMS, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs and Google Analytics also appear here.
Testing
After connecting or saving, test the integration by calling or chatting with your agent and asking a question it should now be able to answer — for example, ask it to look up a recent order number if you have connected Shopify.
