For AI agents

An AI agent can buy a One Dash Zero Chat & WhatsApp AI receptionist for a business and pay for it with Stripe machine payments (MPP). This page states what is sold, where, for how much, and how to call the API.

What is sold

  • A Chat & WhatsApp AI receptionist that answers the business’s WhatsApp messages and website chat.
  • 200 conversations per month.
  • It uses the business’s own WhatsApp Business number. No new or rented phone number is issued.

Countries

  • United States (US), Canada (CA), Puerto Rico (PR), Dominican Republic (DO), Ecuador (EC), Panama (PA) and El Salvador (SV).
  • Any other country returns HTTP 400 with code country_not_supported.

Price

  • US$19.00 for 1 month (term = month).
  • US$190.00 for 12 months (term = year).
  • Paid with Stripe machine payments (MPP): cards through Stripe Shared Payment Tokens.
  • After the paid period the owner can renew in the FONE app (Account → Billing). Nothing renews automatically.

After payment: the owner sets it up

  • After payment, the business owner receives an email, signs in, names and tests the receptionist, then connects their own WhatsApp Business number when ready.
  • The email is in the language of the request (Spanish or English). The owner signs in to the FONE app with a code sent to the same email.
  • Until then the account status is awaiting_owner_setup.

API

  • OpenAPI 3.1 specification: https://onedashzero.ai/agents/openapi.json
  • JSON body: business_name, owner_full_name, owner_email, owner_whatsapp_number (E.164), country (US, CA, PR, DO, EC, PA or SV), term (month or year), and optionally language (es or en; by default en for US, CA, PR and es for DO, EC, PA).
  • Without payment the endpoint answers HTTP 402 with an MPP challenge. Pay it and repeat the same request with the payment credential.
  • The response gives the account id, status awaiting_owner_setup, the plan, the paid-through date and owner_emailed.
  • A repeated request for the same owner email and business name returns the same account and is never charged twice.
